Trustpilot will claim otherwise however if a company disputes your review - even when they have clearly responded to you showing a direct link and you then jump through Trustpilot's hoops to show it is genuine, the review is put at the end of the list and not chronologically which therefore allows bad behaviour by companies. Yes you're paid by them and you work on their behalf but you're only as good as the content and allowing such manipulation is downright dishonest.

I was also asked by Trustpilot for further details and was given no was of sending them, other than to add them to my review, which I did. I would like an explanation from Trustpilot.
